Happy New Year’s Ride!
We’ll be operating throughout New Year’s Eve from December 31, 2025, to January 1, 2026, to take you to the next party and back home safely.
The following lines will be running during New Year’s Eve:
Subway
All subway lines will operate at short intervals until late at night. Please note that Stephansplatz station will be closed from around 9:00 PM. Trains on lines U1 and U3 will not stop at this station!
Tram
Tram lines D, 1, 2, 6, 11, 18, 25, 27, 31, 38, 41, 43, 46, 49, 60, 62, and 71 will run continuously every 30 minutes or more frequently.
Bus
Bus lines 7A, 26A, 29A, 29B, 35A, 62A, 66A, 68A, 68B, and 73A will also operate continuously every 30 minutes or more frequently.
Nightline
Since all subway lines, as well as many tram and bus lines, will run throughout the night, the night bus lines will not operate. Exceptions are the on-demand bus lines N17, N24, N61, N90, and N91.
