From mid-May 2022, logwien will be your new access to the Wiener Linien ticket store and for WienMobil. logwien is the digital key to the services of Wiener Stadtwerke. With one access, you will then be able to use many services, from tickets to energy advice. Simple, secure, practical!
This is how it works: Your quick switch to logwien
Switching from your existing customer account to logwien is very easy. If you already have an account, you will receive an e-mail with further information within the next few days. Active online customers will also receive a logwien account, which you only have to activate.
One access, many services
In the future you will be able to access any partner company online with logwien. With just one key, you can use so many different services. Whether you need a ticket, an electricity reading, a service appointment or advice: with logwien, a single login is all you need. With new regional partner companies, logwien continues to grow and thus becomes the digital key to the city.
