Privacy policy for sales partners
1. Processed data and processing purposes
We, Wiener Linien GmbH & Co KG (hereinafter referred to as ‘Wiener Linien’), process personal master data of contact persons as well as data from your company (including title, first and last name, date of birth, email address, address, telephone number, customer number, IBAN, VAT number) within the scope of our business relationship with you. We require this data for processing and customer service purposes. In addition, we use your email address to invite you to participate in anonymous voluntary surveys, which serve to evaluate and improve our business relationship.
2. Data transfer to third parties
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties. Third parties are defined as natural or legal persons, authorities, institutions or other bodies, excluding the data subject, the controller and the processor in the context of the processing activity in question.
3. Legal Basis
The data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, including the implementation of pre-contractual measures, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The processing of your contact details (in particular your email address) for the purpose of contacting you in connection with surveys is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in improving and further developing our cooperation and our services. Participation in such surveys is voluntary, and the surveys themselves are conducted anonymously.
4. Deletion/Storage
In principle, your personal data will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the respective purpose and, beyond that, for as long as statutory retention obligations exist or storage is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims. Your data will be deleted after 7 years due to tax retention periods. The period begins at the end of the calendar year in which the last document change or last full payment is made.
5. Processors
In this context, Wiener Linien uses hosting providers and technical service providers as processors.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access and correct your data, and under certain circumstances to have it deleted, digitally transferred or restricted in its processing. You have the right to object to the processing of your data. If Wiener Linien processes your data on the basis of your consent, you can revoke this consent at any time.
