If you lose an item on one of our trams, buses or trains, or in a station, our lost and found center (Wiener Linien Fundservice) is available to assist you.

Please inquire about lost items by phone or email, and make sure to bring valid photo identification when picking an item up.

The service offers information in English, such as a map of the local surroundings, the scheduled departures of all lines at the transfer point, a routing device, and the opening hours of the respective info office.

The service is free of charge, no registration is needed.
